FPCB六边形绕组空心杯永磁同步电机绕组涡流损耗解析研究

Study on Winding Eddy Current Loss of FPCB Hexagonal Winding Slotless PMSM

摘要: 空心杯永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor, PMSM)由于去除了齿槽结构,其绕组直接暴露于高速交变的气隙磁场中,内部会感应出大量的涡流损耗.对于空心杯电机来说,绕组涡流损耗是无槽电机总损耗的重要来源之一,对绕组涡流损耗的分析与计算至关重要.然而,目前已提出的绕组涡流损耗分析与计算方法均是以直导体绕组为计算对象,其计算原理均是基于直导体内涡流回路形状与分布规律,然而六边形绕组包含直导体的同时还包含斜导体,其中的涡流分布不同于直绕组,传统的直绕组涡流损耗计算方法不再适用于六边形导体空心杯绕组.因此,本文研究了六边形导体内的涡流分布形状与分布规律,并基于六边形空心杯绕组结构——柔性印刷电路板(flexible printed circuit board, FPCB)绕组结构,提出了六边形FPCB空心杯绕组结构涡流损耗三维半解析计算模型.通过三维有限元计算和样机实验测试,验证了所提出的六边形空心杯绕组涡流损耗三维半解析计算方法的正确性和有效性.

Abstract: Due to the removal of the slotted structure, the winding of the slotless permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is directly exposed to the high speed alternating air gap magnetic field, and a large amount of eddy current loss is induced inside. For the slotless PMSM, the winding eddy current loss is one of the important sources of the total loss of the slotless PMSM, and the analysis and calculation of the winding eddy current loss is very important. However, the analysis and calculation methods of winding eddy current loss proposed at present are all based on the straight conductor winding, and the calculation principle is based on the shape and distribution of the eddy current loop in the straight conductor. However, the hexagonal winding contains both the straight conductor and the inclined conductor, and the eddy current distribution is different from the straight winding. The traditional calculation method of the eddy current loss of the straight winding is no longer applicable to the hexagonal winding. Therefore, this paper studies the distribution shape and distribution law of eddy current in hexagonal conductor. Based on the hexagonal winding structure flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) winding structure, a three dimensional semi analytical calculation model of eddy current loss of hexagonal FPCB winding structure is proposed. The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed three dimensional semi analytical calculation method for eddy current loss of hexagonal winding are verified by three dimensional finite element calculation and prototype test.
